PCKLD ships across Australia and selected international destinations. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be processed and delivered.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the time payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected delivery method. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors.

  • Australia: 2–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination

PCKLD is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import charges. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. PCKLD is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at team@pckld.com.au with your order number. While we will assist in investigating with the carrier, PCKLD is not liable for lost packages once marked as delivered.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.
