At PCKLD, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, we aim to make the return or refund process simple and transparent.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

Items are unused, unworn, and unwashed

Items are returned in their original condition and packaging

Proof of purchase is provided
For hygiene reasons, some items (such as headwear or accessories worn against the body) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as PCKLD is not responsible for lost returns.
How to Start a Return
